      RESOLVED, that SOMA declare that health care is a human right as a fundamental principle, and so be it

      RESOLVED, that the American Osteopathic Association amend their Code of Ethics to include a section declaring health care to be an essential safeguard to human life and dignity and that health care is a fundamental right
